By using Unbacked, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Description of Service

Unbacked is a macOS application that helps manage Time Machine and backup exclusions for development-related files and caches. The service runs entirely on your local machine.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own backups and backup strategy
• Reviewing exclusions before applying them
• Understanding which files are excluded from backups
• Keeping your copy of Unbacked up to date

Disclaimer of Warranties

Unbacked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to only exclude rebuildable caches and development artifacts, you should always maintain a comprehensive backup strategy and verify exclusions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbacked and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Unbacked after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
